Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website.
The minimum order is RM150.00. You must have an order with a minimum of RM150.00 to proceed to checkout.
We accept online bank transfer, e-wallet, and cash payment (for pickup only).
All payments can be made to our bank account as shown below and by scanning our QR code.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered for:

Product Storage & Usage
Products must be stored in a freezer at or below -18°C.
We are not liable for spoilage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
