We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Please review the shipping details below:

Free Delivery - Ipoh Area

Enjoy free delivery for all orders around Bercham and Ulu Kinta area. Orders in this zone are handled directly by our own delivery team to ensure fast and reliable service.

Delivery Coverage – Peninsular Malaysia Only

For locations outside of the above listed, we use Line Clear Express as our logistics partner via FreshBox Delivery. 

Delivery is available to:

  • Peninsular Malaysia only
  • City and town areas covered by Line Clear Express
     

Delivery is not available to:

  • Sabah and Sarawak
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas, including FELDA and FELCRA regions or locations not served by our courier partner

Delivery Charges

For FreshBox Delivery, the charges are as follows:

  • RM13 for every 15kg or part thereof.
  • An additional RM13 will be charged for every subsequent 15kg.

Example:

  • Orders up to 15kg: RM13
  • 15.001kg – 30kg: RM26
  • 30.001kg – 45kg: RM39
  • … and so on

For customers who choose to Self-Pick Up their orders at our store will NOT be charged any delivery fees.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
  • Once packed, orders will be shipped out the same day.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday/Tuesday.
  • We will notify you when order is ready to ship via Whatsapp. 
  • Please contact us if you would like to arrange for specific date of delivery or add a note when you placing order.

📦 Example:
If your order is shipped on Tuesday, you will receive it on Wednesday.

Packaging & Freshness

All items are carefully packed in a sealed fresh box to preserve quality and freshness during transit. Your order is handled with care from our shop to your doorstep.

Notifications & Special Requests

You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order is packed and ready for shipping.

If you’d like to request a specific delivery date, please contact us directly or add a note when placing your order. We’re happy to accommodate where possible.

怡保地区免费配送

所有巴占和打扪临近地区的订单均可享受免费配送服务。该区域的订单由我们自己的配送团队直接处理，以确保快速可靠的服务。

配送范围 - 仅限马来西亚半岛

对于上述地点以外的地区，我们使用 Line Clear Express 作为物流合作伙伴。

送货范围：

  • 仅限马来西亚半岛
  • Line Clear Express 覆盖的城市和城镇地区
     

物流不涵盖的范围：

  • 沙巴和砂拉越
  • 偏远或难以到达的地区，包括 FELDA 和 FELCRA 地区，或我们快递合作伙伴未覆盖的地区

运费说明

对于 FreshBox 配送服务，运费如下：

  • 每 15 公斤或以下 收取 RM13。
  • 每增加 15 公斤，额外收取 RM13。

举例说明：

  • 订单重量不超过 15 公斤：RM13
  • 15.001 公斤 – 30 公斤：RM26
  • 30.001 公斤 – 45 公斤：RM39
  • ……以此类推

 
选择到店 自取订单 的顾客将 免收运费。

订单处理和发货时间表

包装与保鲜度

所有商品均采用密封保鲜盒精心包装，以确保运输过程中的品质和新鲜度。您的订单从门店到您家，我们都会悉心处理。

通知和特殊要求

您的订单打包完毕并准备发货后，您将收到 WhatsApp 通知。
